Innovations for Community Services

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Innovations for Community Services, I4CS 2018, held in Žilina, Slovakia, in June 2018.

The 14 revised full papers and the three revised short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 38 submissions.
